Consultations and bookings

Booking a consultation does not guarantee that treatment will be offered. A physician may decline to treat where it would not be clinically appropriate, or where expectations cannot realistically be met.

Appointments are made through our scheduling provider. Any deposit, rescheduling or cancellation terms are stated at the time of booking and by the clinic you attend.

Prices

All prices are quoted in US dollars and are subject to change. Prices may not include local or state taxes. The price applicable to you is the one confirmed by your clinic at the time of booking. Medicare and private health insurance do not cover the procedure.
