What we collect

When you contact us or book a consultation we collect your name, email address, phone number and the clinic you selected, plus anything you choose to tell us in a message. At consultation your treating clinic collects clinical information as part of your medical record.

How we use it

• To respond to your inquiry and arrange your appointment.
• To provide customer support before and after treatment.
• To keep the medical records your treating physician is legally required to keep.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not send outbound marketing texts.

SMS and phone consent

By providing your mobile number you agree that Androfill may contact you by SMS/text and phone to respond to your inquiry and provide customer support. We do not send marketing texts through our forms. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time.

Medical records and HIPAA

Clinical records are held by the treating clinic, which is the covered entity responsible for them. Each clinic maintains its own Notice of Privacy Practices, which it will provide to you. Requests to access, amend or obtain a copy of your medical record should go to the clinic that treated you.

Your rights

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete inquiry data we hold. Residents of some states, including California, have additional statutory rights. Contact newpatient@androfill.com and we will respond.

Cookies and analytics

This site uses cookies for basic function and for anonymous analytics measuring which pages are read and which buttons are used. Manage your choices on the cookie preferences page.

Third parties

Our appointment scheduling is handled by a third-party booking provider, and analytics by Google. Each processes data under its own privacy policy. The Trustpilot and PhalloBoards links leave this site entirely.
