What it is
The same class of hyaluronic acid dermal filler used to plump lips and smooth wrinkles is placed deep to the skin around the penile shaft, immediately increasing width and girth — without surgery or incisions.
Because it is hyaluronic acid, it can be dissolved with an enzyme if you are unhappy with the result. Nothing about it is permanent, and nothing is cut.

What to expect
You meet the doctor to discuss your goals and ask questions. When you are ready, topical numbing cream is applied. Once you are numb, local anesthetic ensures you are comfortable throughout.
A blunt cannula is used instead of a needle, which means less trauma and a faster recovery. You may feel slight pulling — that is all.
The treatment takes under 30 minutes and there is no downtime. You can drive yourself home and resume desk work immediately; normal activity after 48 hours.

Getting here
Los Angeles is our busiest West Coast location, and it draws patients from across Southern California — Orange County, San Diego, the Inland Empire — as well as men flying in from Nevada and Arizona. If you are traveling, we can usually place a consultation and the procedure on the same day, so a single trip is enough. Say so when you inquire and we will schedule accordingly.
From LAX the clinic is around 40 minutes without traffic, and closer to an hour in it. If you are flying in, allow more time than the map suggests — and if you are driving from the Valley, the 101 through Cahuenga Pass is the slowest part of the route at rush hour.
