Estimate size gain

How Much Filler To Take

Girth gain depends on both your length and the amount of filler — the same volume thickens a shorter penis more. Use the estimator below for an approximate projected girth.

The data behind this

Where the average comes from.

The starting girth and “top %” use the most authoritative dataset available — a systematic review of up to 15,521 men, each measured by a health professional using a standard procedure. Average erect girth is 11.66 cm (4.59″). Around 89% of men measure below 13 cm (5.1″), and around 98% below 14 cm (5.5″). The percentile shown is your projected girth's position on this distribution (mean 11.66 cm, SD 1.10 cm).

Reference: Veale D, Miles S, Bramley S, Muir G, Hodsoll J. Am I normal? A systematic review and construction of nomograms for flaccid and erect penis length and circumference in up to 15,521 men. BJU International, 2015;115(6):978–986. doi:10.1111/bju.13010

Caveat: the review is strongest for flaccid girth (n = 9,407); the erect-girth figure is from a smaller subset (n = 381), so erect-girth percentiles are a useful guide rather than exact.

The circles are drawn at life size — each circle's circumference equals the girth shown (diameter = girth ÷ π). Exact on-screen size depends on your display's scale.
