What it is
The same class of hyaluronic acid dermal filler used to plump lips and smooth wrinkles is placed deep to the skin around the penile shaft, immediately increasing width and girth — without surgery or incisions.
Because it is hyaluronic acid, it can be dissolved with an enzyme if you are unhappy with the result. Nothing about it is permanent, and nothing is cut.

What to expect
You meet the doctor to discuss your goals and ask questions. When you are ready, topical numbing cream is applied. Once you are numb, local anesthetic ensures you are comfortable throughout.
A blunt cannula is used instead of a needle, which means less trauma and a faster recovery. You may feel slight pulling — that is all.
The treatment takes under 30 minutes and there is no downtime. You can drive yourself home and resume desk work immediately; normal activity after 48 hours.

Getting here
Austin serves Central Texas, and we see patients from San Antonio, Waco, Killeen and the Hill Country, alongside men driving in from Houston and Dallas when the dates suit them better than their nearer clinic. Texas patients often prefer to combine consultation and treatment in one visit rather than make the drive twice — mention it when you inquire and we will arrange it.
From Austin-Bergstrom the clinic is about 25 minutes via SH-71 and I-35 northbound. If you are coming from downtown or the university area, the northbound I-35 upper deck is the bottleneck; MoPac and then Parmer is often quicker in the afternoon.
